In Zusammenarbeit mit Richie Hawtin und seiner m_nus Crew hat Livid Instruments einen MIDI-Controller für die Live-Performance entwickelt, der Livid CNTRL:R arbeitet mit Ableton Live, Traktor aber auch mit jeder beliebigen MIDI-Software zusammen. Für Ableton: Max for Live liegt auch gleich ein Step-Sequenzer bei, entwickelt von Richie Hawtin und Livid. Das Aluminium Gehäuse macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck, eine Armee von Fadern, Drehreglern, Pads und Push-Encodern warten auf euer Eingreifen und optisches Feedback gibt es über 48 Multicolor LEDs. Die nötige Power beziet der CNTRL:R über den USB-Anschluss und da der MIDI-Controller für den Live-Performance optimiert ist passt er auch bequem in den Rucksack. Erhältlich ist der Controller ab 25.
