Das Geheimnis um die Korg Kronos wurde bei der Winter NAMM 2011 gelüftet, es handelt sich um eine Workstation mit zahlreichen geilen Features. Satte 9 Sound Engines werklen in der Workstation und bietet dem User satte 12 GB Samples, welche auf einer schnellen SSD-Platte abgelegt sind. Abgerundet wird das ganze durch die neue Synthese-Engines, mit der ihr vielfältige Klänge erstellen könnt und mit 16 Effekteinheiten und der Karma-Technologie nochmals behandlet werden können.
